HOW DOES THE AGENCY WORK?

We receive requests from various clients, which we post on our platform and propose the option to the available assistants. Once the job is confirmed, the assistants that applied for it will receive the full briefing for the job (rate, location, date, time).
After you do the job, you’ll need to produce an invoice (for newbies, we will advise you with that too) - the client confirms your attendance, and after they process the payment, you’ll get paid!

HOW WILL i KEEP TRACK OF ALL MY JOBS AND INVOICES?

You will be able to see your tbc, confirmed and past jobs in your profile - you can upload your invoices there, for each job, and receive updates on the payment process. So quite easy!

What BACKSTAGE assistants do you take?

All of them: hair, make up, nails and styling.

do you take any commission from THE ASSISTANT’S rate?

Absolutely not.

DO you accept ASSISTANTS WITH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE LEVELS?

Yes, we do! We provide support for either the new assistant on the block, and the seasoned assistant that’s been there for a life time.
We will also send you in the right direction in case your skills need an upgrade or just a polish.

I don’t feel confident to step into backstage just yet; do you offer any education programme?

We will be happy to advise you on the right education for your needs.
